The Problem
So you went to Link Products in Spur and clicked on "Sync Ads", but your ads are still not showing or syncing with Spur. Then you've come to the right place!
The Solution
Solution 1:
It takes approximately 10-15 mins for the ads to show up after you click on "Sync Ads", so first we recommend you wait for this amount of time, if it still doesn't work go to Solution 2 below.
Solution 2:
Head over to Instagram & Facebook in Spur's Setting, and click on Refresh Permissions
Make sure you give permission to everything! (Not giving permission might be causing this issue)
Then head over to Ad Accounts in Spur's Settings, and make sure the ad account you're running your ads with is turned on.
Then go back to Link Products in Marketing Tools and click on "Sync Ads"
Wait for 10-15 mins, refresh and check if your ads are visible now.
