Step 1: Open Message Templates from the left navigation. https://beta-use.spurnow.com/app/templates)
Step 2: Click New Template.
Step 3: Under Setup:
Select the WhatsApp channel.
Enter a unique lowercase name using letters, numbers, and underscores.
Select the template language.
Step 4: Select the Template type, Under Category, choose Marketing.
Step 5: Choose the required format, such as Simple Message, Carousel, Limited Time Offer, or a catalogue format.
Step 6: Under Content, configure:
An optional header
Message body and variables
An optional footer
Buttons such as External Link, Call Phone Number, or quick replies
Step 7: Check the live WhatsApp preview and provide realistic examples for every variable.
Step 8: Click Save Draft before leaving the page.
Step 9: When ready, click Submit for Review and confirm the summary.
Step 10: Wait for Meta’s approval. Once approved, the template can be used in broadcasts and workflows.
Only send Marketing templates to contacts who have opted in to receive marketing messages.
