Go to Marketing Tools > Message Templates > Create Template
2. Click on Start from Scratch, if none of the templates matches what you want to do.
3. Click on "Utility"
4. Fill in the name of the template, and then click on Create Template
5. Done! you can now make your own Utility template in Spur.
