Understanding your billing with Spur is crucial for smooth business operations, managing your budget and making the most out of your Spur subscription. This guide breaks down the key components of your Spur bill, helping you comprehend each charge and what it means for your business. It will also provide clarity on how our billing process works and how you can easily download your monthly invoice for record-keeping.

Important Note

Spur's charges are different from Meta's charges. What we charge you is for our services (the automations, broadcasts, analytics, DeliveryBoost, support), but the messages you send through WhatsApp are charged based on Meta's rates, and you pay Meta directly for those messages. You can calculate how much you owe Meta by clicking here.

WhatsApp only charges you to send and receive a message, rest everything else that you get is powered by Spur.

How Our Billing Works

  1. Billing Cycle: Your billing cycle with Spur begins on the date of your account creation. It recurs monthly, quarterly or yearly based on the cycle you are on.

  2. Payment Methods: We accept most major credit cards and debit cards.

  3. Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will be automatically renewed every month, ensuring an uninterrupted service. If there are any changes in pricing, we'll notify you in advance.

  4. Service Charges: Charges are based on the features you've chosen. All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be clearly itemized in your invoice.

  5. Notification: You'll receive a billing notification via email a few days before your payment is due.

As of this writing, American Express Cards ISSUED IN INDIA are not supported for payments with Spur due to regulations beyond our control.
