Go to the Automation Tab, find the "WhatsApp Review Collection (Collect 10x More Reviews)" flow and click on Edit

We have made the best possible flow for you, all you need to do is make a few tweaks, and you're good to go.

As you can see, the trigger for this flow is Order Fulfilled and there is a Delay block after that. By default, the delay block has some value. You need to replace that value with your own. This value should be the average number of days it takes for an order to get delivered after it is fulfilled (as we want this message to go after the order is actually delivered)

The rest, you can leave as it is and turn on workflow!

Now your reviews will start coming in 🤩
What you can do is, filter by date which reviews you want and export them into a CSV file! (We suggest that you use the "Last 7 days" filter and export reviews every 7 days)

Also change workflow status to completed to get only the completed executions (the ones that filled the form till then end)

Now you need to download the CSV format file for importing the reviews of the review app of your choice. Here are some common choices -

(If your app is not in the list, then just Google - "[review-app-name] CSV import")

Copy the data from the CSV file that was downloaded from Spur and paste it into the sample CSV of your review app.

Once the data is copied, all you need to do is export this final file as a CSV and import it in your review app, and you're done 🥳
