While it is not possible to export contacts from the Spur database currently (either one in a segment or not), there is a workaround.

If all the contacts you wish to export are part of certain workflows, you can export the workflow in order to download the contacts.
​
The option to export the contacts, and any other relevant flow data like saved responses, is available within the flow's analytics.
