How to Access
Scroll to WhatsApp Message Volume Analytics
Select your WhatsApp Channel from the dropdown
Choose a Date Range (Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or custom)
Click View Analytics
What You'll See
Top Summary Cards:
Total messages sent per category
Example: Utility: 6,700 | Marketing: 643 | Marketing Lite: 1,869
Volume Graph:
Daily message trends over your selected date range
Color-coded by category (Blue = Utility, Green = Marketing, Orange = Marketing Lite)
Hover over any point to see exact numbers
Country-wise Breakdown:
Messages sent to each country
Cost per category per country
Total cost for that country
Total Cost:
Sum of all message costs for the selected period
Shown in your billing currency

FAQs
Q: Do I need any special permissions to view analytics?
A: No, analytics are visible to all team members who have access to Settings > Plans & Usage.
Q: Can I export the analytics data?
A: Use the "Copy Summary" button on the analytics page to copy the country-wise breakdown. You can paste this into a spreadsheet.
Q: Why don't my analytics match Meta's numbers exactly?
A: There may be a small delay (up to 24 hours) between when messages are sent and when they appear in analytics. Costs are calculated based on Spur's rate card.
Q: Do quick links work if I'm not logged into Meta?
A: You'll need to be logged into your Meta Business account in the same browser. If not logged in, Meta will prompt you to sign in first.
