Get 90%+ Delivery Rates on WhatsApp Broadcast

Use Spur's high delivery template library and send messages to everyone at a cheaper price

The Problem

If your broadcasts are stuck at 50-60% or lower delivery rates, we have a hack that will help you achieve 90%+ delivery rates.

Steps to get high delivery templates approved

First head to Spur's high delivery templates library

Marketing Tools > WhatsApp

Now make sure you read the guidelines, they're extremely important to explain to you how it works and the right way to use it responsibly

These limits DO NOT apply to βœ… EEA/EU, UK, Japan, South Korea, Switzerland, so if you're sending messages to only these regions, then you can just make normal marketing templates and delivery rates will already be high.

Now scroll down and pick a template that resonates with the marketing broadcast you need to send

We also give you suggestions on what to use in the variable and various styles you can use.

If you have multiple WhatsApp channels connected, you'll get an option to select the channel, just select the number and we'll automatically create the template.

Now the template will be created in draft state. Just go ahead and hit "Submit for Review"

DON'T make any changes to the template, WhatsApp is very strict and they'll easily change the category to marketing if you do. And then it'll again fall under the marketing templates.

Now wait for the template to be submitted

After it is submitted, it will be in pending state. If your number's

Once you're approved, you're ready to move to the next step

Create the broadcast

Now go to Broadcasts > New Broadcast

Give a name to the broadcast

Select the channel

Now we select our utility template

Now this is where you'll finally add your marketing content, if we go back to the suggestions the library gave

Variable Guide:

{{2}} : Offer/Deal name (e.g., 'Flash Sale', 'Mega Discount Week')
{{3}} : Offer details (e.g., 'Up to 70% OFF on Electronics', 'Buy 1 Get 1 Free')
{{4}} : Time constraint (e.g., 'account dashboard', 'special offers section')

As for the image, it can be anything promotional, make sure its good and attractive

Now, finally, add your promotional info. Note that you can use WhatsApp formatting to make it stand out, like bold, italics, underline.

Extremely important: Make sure the STOP button triggers the Unsubscribe flow, otherwise if people click on it, they won't be opted out.

Test the broadcast

Now click on the test button, and send it to yourself

Aaand... we receive it instantly! Check if the link works, etc. Make any relevant changes.

Finally go ahead and send the broadcast, it'll go to everyone!
