How to Upgrade:
Go to Settings inside your Spur dashboard.
Click on Plans & Usage.
You’ll see your current plan marked as having 'AI Features Locked'.
Click the Update Plan button (in blue).
You’ll be taken to a page with all the new plans: AI Start, AI Accelerate, and AI Max.
Select the plan that fits your team size and use case best, and confirm.
It's possible that the system might flag that you have more automations, segments, etc than the new plans allow. We limited these to reduce clutter, and you can follow the on-screen steps to quickly remove unused items to proceed.

✅ AI Live Chat with Handover to Human Support
You can now deploy a fully customizable AI live chat widget on your website.
If the AI can’t help or the customer asks for a human, the chat gets transferred — and you can jump in live.
Live Chat is also available with the non-AI plans but the queries have to be answered manually by your team through Spur without the AI trained on your store being able to handle it instead.

Old plans had unlimited automations, but that often led to unused clutter. Most businesses had 50–100 automations but were actively using just 10–15. New plans come with streamlined limits for each plan. If you’re switching to a new plan, you’ll want to clean house.
Here’s how:
Go to Automations > My Automations
Use the checkboxes to select flows you’re not using
Click Delete Selected in the top-right
Confirm the deletion
This will help you stay within your plan’s automation limits — and keep things easy to manage.
