Before We Begin
Let’s first make sure that our display name is meeting all the guidelines. First, read this guideline by Meta.

If your display name complies with the guidelines, follow these steps to appeal:
Step 1: Access the WhatsApp Profile Settings
Go to Spur Settings > WhatsApp.
Find your WhatsApp number from the list.
Click on the Edit WhatsApp Profile link.
Step 2: Contact Support
Click on the Help button within the WhatsApp Profile section.
Select Contact Support.
Step 3: Fill Out the Support Form
You’ll now be redirected to a support form where you need to appeal for the display name rejection.

Step 4: Fill Optional details
All the following details are optional, but including these details will help increase your chances.
Attach a valid business document, such as a GST Certificate or Business Registration Document, that proves your business name.
Step 5: Submit the Form
After filling everything, click Confirm.
A ticket will be created with Meta, which you can track for updates.
Step 6: Follow Up
Copy the link to your ticket and check it regularly.
Subscribe for notification for new updates.
Meta typically provides a response within 24 hours.
