You need to turn on the following setting from the Instagram app in order for the automation to work. Please follow the steps below to do so:
1. Go to your Instagram Profile and click on the menu icon (highlighted below).
2. Scroll down till you see "Message Stories & Replies". Tap that.
3. Next, tap "Message Controls"
4. Make sure to ENABLE "Allow access to Messages" under Connected Tools
That's it, Spur should now have all the access to reply to Instagram Messages.
