Are you having trouble using the Spur app to manage your Instagram and Facebook accounts? Before proceeding, make sure your Chat Automation & Link Products both are enabled.

Already enabled? Then, you may need to refresh your permissions for the app. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do it:

Problem:

Sometimes, the Spur app may not have the necessary permissions to access your Instagram and Facebook accounts, which can cause issues when you try to use the app. This can happen if you have recently changed your password or if you have revokes access to the app.


Solution:

Fortunately, it's easy to refresh your permissions for the Spur app. Here's how:

  1. Make sure your personal profile is open

  2. Find Spur and click Remove -

  3. Click Remove again -

  4. Go back to Spur, and in Settings > Instagram & Facebook, click "Try Refreshing Permissions" to initiate the process of refreshing your permissions for the app.

  5. After you have clicked on the "Try Refreshing Permissions" button, you will be prompted to review and provide permissions to Spur. Make sure you provide all the permission and click on the "Continue" and follow the steps there.

  6. Annnnd you're done! Try using the app now.
