Sometimes AI isn't doing what you hoped. Maybe it's giving weird replies, maybe costs are piling up, or maybe you just need it off a specific channel for now.
Before you flip the switch
if AI's misbehaving, our team can usually fix that. One AI message costs 1 credit, and 1000 credits run you Rs1000 or about $12. That's way cheaper than paying someone to reply to every message manually. So if it's a training issue or the bot's saying strange things, message us here and we'll sort it out.
But if you've decided to turn it off, here's how.
Step 1: Open AI Agent Settings
Head to the AI Agent section in your dashboard. Find the agent you want to disable and tap Configure.
Step 2: Go to Channels
Once you're in the config screen, look for the Channels tab. This shows you everywhere your AI is currently active.
Step 3: Disconnect from Your Channel
Find the channel you want to remove AI from and hit disconnect. The agent will stop replying on that channel immediately.
That's it. Your AI is now off for that channel.
