CTWA Automation not Working
If your Ad is live in ads manager and click to whatsapp ad is not working, the most probable reason is Meta is not sending us the data that the message came from an ad. How to check that?
Open any message in our inbox you believe came from an Ad
If the below UI does not show, means Meta did not send us the data
How to solve this?
Go to your Meta Ads Manger and copy all the welcome messages you've set in your Click to WhatsApp Ad
Go to the Spur > Automations > Open your CTWA Automation Flow
Select the trigger
And just paste in all the possible keywords & welcome messages, now the automation will trigger for keywords too
Now Ads will trigger for the keywords too, issue solved
