Customer Messages but Automation Did not Reply
So here's how our CTD automation works
You setup a flow, in which the first message is automatically sent by meta to the user the moment the click an ad
Now if they reply to the same Ad with a random message, the automation will not trigger
They HAVE TO click on one of the buttons you've set
Pro Tip: Add keyword triggers like in the above screenshot so that it triggers for relevant keywords too
The FAQ options dont show when I'm checking the Ad
All the options and the first message you send are sent as a DM to the person in their chat, it does not show as a list of options anywhere else.
