Delivered Messages: If you send a campaign to 100 customers on WhatsApp but only 60 messages are delivered, your active contact count will be 60.
Trigger-Based Activity: Contacts only become active if an automated response is sent to them, such as:
Automated replies triggered by customer messages on Instagram or WhatsApp.
Notifications like order confirmations, inquiry responses, or abandoned cart reminders triggered by Shopify or another platform.
Key Benefits:
Unlimited Messaging Per Contact: Once a contact is active, you can send unlimited messages to them throughout the month.
Monthly Reset: The active contact count resets at the beginning of each month, giving you a fresh start.
