Identifying if you account is restricted
If your account is restricted, you might see a message like this when you are trying to send messages on WhatsApp.
How to resolve this
Login to your Spur account and open the Dashboard. There, click on the "View WhatsApp Stats, Conversations & Cost"
A new tab will open.
There, click on "View Details in Business Support Home"
Business Support Home for your Facebook Business will open in a new tab.
You should see your violations there. If you don't spot them immediately, you might have to scroll down to your WhatsApp accounts.
