Go to your WhatsApp Catalog Checkout Workflow
Create a new Action
Choose "Save In Workflow Column"
Save the Cart Order Summary in a column
Now you will get order details if someone does not even collect the payment. You can either retarget them or continue the conversation using the Chat Icon against each execution :)
