Step 1: Open the Integration Settings
1. On Spur, go to Settings.
2. Click on Integrations.
3. Scroll down to find Fastrr in the list and click Manage.
Step 2: Connect Your Fastrr Account
Once you click Manage, a pop-up will appear explaining how to connect your Fastrr account so it can listen for shipment events.
1. Click the link in the pop-up, this will take you to your Shiprocket dashboard.
2. In the Shiprocket dashboard, navigate to: Solutions → Checkout.
3. You’ll now be redirected to your Shiprocket dashboard.
Step 3: Add the Spur Webhook in Fastrr
Inside the Fastrr dashboard:
1. Add a Webhook.
2. Set Webhook Type to Abandoned Cart.
3. Set Service Provider Type to Spur.
4. Copy the Authorization Header details from the pop-up:
• Header name: Authorization
• Header value: Bearer <YOUR_KEY> (replace <YOUR_KEY> with the key shown in Spur)
5. Save your changes.
Once connected, Spur will show Connected for Fastrr in your integrations list.
Step 4: Enable the Fastrr Workflow in Spur
1. Go to My Automations in Spur.
2. Click New Flow.
3. Choose WhatsApp as the channel.
4. Search for Fastrr and select the Fastrr Abandoned Checkout Workflow.
5. Click Enable.
The workflow works out-of-the-box, no extra setup required.
Tip: If you already use the regular WhatsApp Abandoned Checkout workflow, it’s best to turn it off to avoid duplicate messages.
Step 5: Adjust Discount Settings (Optional)
By default, the Fastrr abandoned checkout workflow sends customers a 10% discount within the unique discount code it creates on your Shopify store.
If you want to change this (e.g., to 5% or 15%), adjust it the same way you would for the regular abandoned checkout workflow.
After this, you’re all set!
Your Shiprocket Fastrr integration is now live. Spur will automatically send abandoned checkout messages via WhatsApp and handle your order updates.
