What is an Address Message?
Address Messages on WhatsApp enable businesses to collect addresses without leaving WhatsApp or annoying one by one question answers. In Spur, once a customer submits an address, it is saved into your account, and they never have to add it again for repeat purchases.
If you've connected, your Shopify store, all your existing customers & their mailing addresses will be imported automatically when you install, meaning they'll automatically find their address saved when they purchase next!
Steps to collect addresses on WhatsApp
Go to the automation tab
Create a new flow
Click on the "New Flow" button on the top right.
Select WhatsApp
Select "Start From Scratch"
Use the keyword trigger
Click on the + button on the right and select the WhatsApp message
Select the Address Message
The Address Message
An address message consists of
Header, which can either be nothing or a text
Body
Footer, which is similar to footer in WhatsApp templates
Saving the Address Response
You can save the response of an address in Spur Tables, to do that
Check the "Show in Flow Data" box
Add the name of the address column
