Performance Overview

  1. Here you see a basic overview of how Spur is performing for your brand in the current billing cycle

  2. You billing cycle is 30 days from the date mentioned here

  3. You can also use this selector to view the performance for different time periods

QR for testing purposes

  1. Select the channel, scan the QR code and it will directly take you to the chat of that channel. Then you can send a Hi and check whether →

    1. You are receiving that message in the Spur’s shared inbox (https://use.meetspur.app/app/inbox)

    2. You are getting an automated response (given that an automation flow has been enabled for the keyword trigger “hi” here - https://use.meetspur.app/app/automation)

Comment on this post →

This is one of the many campaigns you can run with Spur. In this campaign we ask people comment on a giveaway, then send them instructions in DM and collect their details through a gamified giveaway experience. You can also think on the same lines and create any campaign that you want! (Don’t hesitate to reach out to us with creative ideas.


Marketing Tools

Link Products

Add products/collections to posts, reels, stories and ads and anyone who comments on a connected post will get a DM from your brand showcasing the connected items and a button which takes them to the product page.

Some best practices you can follow to take the most advantage of this feature →

  1. Enable/Disable Link Products

    If the top right toggle is disabled no product will go when someone comments on a connected post
    If AI Link Products is enabled →

    1. For a post that is connected manually, the items you selected manually will go

    2. For a post that is not connected, Spur’s AI will read the caption of that post and connect the relevant items with that post automatically and send it to anyone who comments on such posts (this is an experimental features and there are chances of wrong products going, so you can turn it off if you want)

  2. Connecting a post with a product/collection →

    a. Click on Add Products

    b. Select the products you want, they will show up on top

    c. Select the collection you want, they will show up on top

    d. Reorder the products and collections to your preferred order and they will show up in that order in Instagram.

  3. Settings for Link Products
    These settings are universal for all the posts/reels/ads/stories that you connect via Spur

    1. Specify triggers/keywords for the comments you want to send connects items to and you also specify triggers/keywords for the comments you don’t want the automation to be triggered for. Note: You are not specifying the entire comment here, we will check if these keywords are part of the entire comment.

    2. Reply In Comments Add multiple comment replies. To avoid spam, we’ll randomly select and send a reply: (We advice adding a comment reply for every 100 comments you get in a day. Eg: if you get 500 comments in a day, add 5 comment replies)

    3. Cart Recovery Send the cart recovery message to contacts who checked the product but didn't buy it.


Shared Inbox

Here you will be able to access all of your chat from Instagram and Facebook in one single place

Chat Automation

By default the chat automation for every chat is turned on.

You can manually turn it off for a particular chat.

Or let’s say you reply to a chat manually, then the chat automation for that chat is paused automatically and it will be resumed automatically after 30 mins. We’ve done this so that there is no conflict between the agent and the automation when talking to the customer

Send Products

You can send products directly in chat using this option. Watch the video to learn more.

Send Flow

You can use this option to send any automation flow to the chat. You can create new flows and use them as quick replies.

Opt-In

You can turn off this toggle for a chat and they will never get an automated message from you again.

Customer Details & Orders

Find customers from your Shopify store. Search using #orderID, phone number, e-mail or customer name.

We automatically connect a customer with the chat if they make a sale through Spur.

Customer Tags

You can mark a chat with an existing tag or create a new one. This will help you club chats together and find them later on.


Settings

Instagram & Facebook

You can turn off the entire automation here by clicking on the toggle on the top left.

Brand Notifications

Add emails and phone numbers here on which you would like to receive daily updates about your account and new launches at Spur.
