Once you've paid and your requested Display Name is already approved on your WhatsApp API number, the next step is granting us the necessary Facebook Business Manager access so we can initiate the Blue Tick request on your behalf.
Follow the steps below carefully to avoid delays.
Step 1: Go to Facebook Business Manager
Visit business.facebook.com
In the top-left dropdown, select the correct business that owns your WhatsApp number.
Go to the “People” tab in the left sidebar.
Click the “Add” or “Invite” button.
Step 2: Invite Us With Full Control
In the invitation popup:
Add the email(s) we provided to you on your WhatsApp chat via this number: https://wa.me/918882925316
Assign Full Control access (critical for submitting the verification request).
📝 Note: This access is temporary and will be removed after your Blue Tick is granted.
Step 3: Grant Access to WhatsApp Asset
Go to the “Assets” section inside the Business Settings.
Select WhatsApp Accounts.
Choose the WhatsApp account that holds your number.
Assign Full Control access to the same email(s).
Step 4: Share a Screenshot of the Granted Access
Please send us a screenshot on this WhatsApp number that confirms you’ve granted access, including the email(s) invited and access level (Full Control). This helps us fast-track the request without any back-and-forth.
❗Important Note
If another admin in your Business Manager needs to approve the invite before we can access the account:
Please ensure that approval is completed immediately.
This step is required before we can proceed with the Blue Tick submission.
