Now manage multiple chats at once! Use bulk actions in the shared inbox to open tickets, mark chats as read/unread—faster and simpler.

How to Use Bulk Actions in Spur’s Shared Inbox

Managing conversations is now easier with the new bulk actions feature in Spur’s Shared Inbox. You can select multiple chats at once and take actions like:

  • Mark as Read

  • Mark as Unread

  • Open Tickets

How to Select Chats

To select chats:

  1. Head to the Shared Inbox.

  2. Hover over the profile pictures/names next to each chat and click once to select them.

    • Tip: Once one chat is selected, clicking the checkbox at the top lets you “Select All”.

    • This selects all chats loaded in your current view, not all chats in the inbox—this is by design and to ensure smoother performance. If you want to select more chats in one go, scroll down to the bottom to load more chats, and you'll be able to bulk select them too.

Apply Bulk Actions

Once you’ve selected the chats:

  1. Click on the Actions dropdown in the top-right (see Screenshot 6).

  2. Choose from:

    • Open Tickets

    • Mark as Read

    • Mark as Unread

These actions are a great way to quickly manage busy inboxes and clean up at scale.
