Spur has a many inbuilt flows that you can customize and use as per your requirement. This is one such flow, and we'll tell you how to enable it in this article.

Steps to Enable the Flow

  1. Click on the button on the top-right to create a New Flow

  2. We'll then ask you to select a channel. This flow is WhatsApp specific, so please select WhatsApp

  3. In the "Start with Template" box, search for a template called WhatsApp COD Confirmation - WooCommerce. Select this flow, and click on Use Template

  4. This flow will now open in a new tab. If required, you can make any changes to the messages that are sent or the actions that happen.

  5. Once you are done, hit the save button and enable the flow.

How to Confirm Orders with this Flow | How this Flow Works

Whenever an order is created, this flow gets triggered.

The first condition block then checks whether this order is COD or not based on the payment method.

If the order is COD, we send them the message to confirm or cancel their order, or chat with support.

If the order is confirmed or cancelled, we save the response both in the analytics of the flow and post it to WooCommerce as an order note.

If they ask for support, we save that in the flow analytics and create a ticket.

Pro Tip

The first two blocks of this flow can be used to target COD orders/customers in any other flow that you might want to create. So do take a note of those!
