How notifications work in Spur
You get notified on every new ticket created
The ticket should be assigned to someone for that person to be notified, unassigned tickets are not notified to anyone

Follow this guide to install Spur on iOS
Log into spur
Go to Settings > Notifications tab
Click on subscribe to get notifications on the device
Test notifications by clicking Test Notifications Button
Note: If you don't get notification, make sure you have granted notifications permissions in settings for Safari
