3. Examine Shopify automation flows

  • If you use Shopify automation flows, review recent executions to confirm they occurred today.

    • a. Ensure messages from these executions are delivered, not just sent.

    • b. If messages are only sent and not delivered:

      • i. Verify the payment status.

      • ii. Inspect your 360Dialog account for any warnings regarding your WhatsApp account.

      • iii. If your account is on-premise, consider switching to the cloud.

      • iv. Report the issue to 360Dialog.

4. Verify Facebook Business Manager

  • Check if your Facebook Business Manager is verified. An unverified account may cause WhatsApp issues.

5. Refresh WhatsApp permissions

  • Refresh your WhatsApp permissions to ensure your account operates smoothly.
