Shop Pass Integration & Automation Setup Guide
Connecting Shop Pass with Spur
Step 1: Navigate to the Shop Pass Integration
Log in to your Spur dashboard.
Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Shop Pass.
Click Integrate with Shop Pass.
Step 2: Complete the Integration
Follow the integration instructions displayed within the Spur dashboard.
Copy the API key provided by Spur.
Log in to your Shop Pass dashboard.
Paste the API key into the designated field in Shop Pass.
Save the configuration.
Step 3: Verify the Connection
Once the setup is complete, the integration status should display as Connected in both the Spur and Shop Pass dashboards.
Creating Automations Using Shop Pass Triggers
Step 1: Create a New Automation Flow
Navigate to Automations → My Automations.
Click New Flow.
Select WhatsApp as the channel.
Choose Start from Scratch.
Step 2: Add a Shop Pass Trigger
Click Add Trigger.
Search for Shop Pass Event.
Select the Shop Pass trigger option.
Step 3: Choose the Trigger Event
Click on the trigger block.
Select the Shop Pass event you want to use as the trigger for your automation.
Example: Abandoned Cart Automation
For this example, select the Abandoned Cart event as the trigger.
Step 4: Add a WhatsApp Message
Add a WhatsApp Message block to the flow.
Connect the trigger block to the WhatsApp message block.
Step 5: Configure the Message
Open the WhatsApp message block.
Select the WhatsApp template you would like to send to customers.
Fill in the arguments for all the variables
Save the configuration.
Step 6: Publish the Automation
Review the flow configuration and publish the automation.
Once published, the selected WhatsApp template will automatically be sent whenever the chosen Shop Pass event is triggered.
