Before getting started, please make sure you know whether you're using Shopflo or ShopPass.
Shopflo offers the Abandoned Checkout feature, while ShopPass is a separate product that includes additional features as well. We currently have an integration available specifically for ShopPass.
This guide is only for setting up the Shopflo Abandoned Checkout automation with WhatsApp.

Setting up Shopflo Abandoned Checkout with WhatsApp
To connect Shopflo’s Abandoned Checkout with your WhatsApp flow, we'll use something similar to the existing Abandoned Checkout automation but change the trigger to a Webhook, so Shopflo can trigger it directly.
Steps to set it up:
Go to Automations → New Flow
Select WhatsApp as the channel and search for "Shopflo"
You’ll see the automation template shown in the screenshot.
Click "Use Template" to create the automation automatically.
The automation will be created and will look similar to the example shown below.
Once created, make sure to:Turn the automation ON
Click Save
Open the Trigger step in the automation and copy the Webhook Endpoint URL.
Share this webhook URL with the Shopflo team so they can add it to their webhook settings.
Once the Shopflo team has completed the setup, go back to the automation and click:
"Test Webhook"
Then "Check Received Requests"
This will help you confirm whether the webhook is connected and working correctly.
