If you’ve fine-tuned how your agent speaks or integrated specific API actions, use this surgical approach to clear out the data without deleting the agent itself.
Navigate to the AI Tab: Open your dashboard and select your specific AI agent.
Locate the Knowledge Sources: Look for the categories labeled Website, Files, Text, and Q&A.
The Clean Sweep: One by one, enter each category and click the "Delete All" button.
Verify: Ensure all tabs show zero remaining data points.

Option 2: The "Total Reset"
Best for: Users with standard agents or those who want to save time by avoiding multiple "Delete All" clicks.
If you haven't made many edits to the agent's internal settings, deleting and recreating the agent is actually the fastest path to a fresh start.
Go to the AI Tab: View your list of active agents.
Delete the Agent: Simply hit the delete icon on your existing AI agent.
Create New: Click the button to create a brand-new agent from scratch.
Re-Train: Because this is a new agent, you’ll need to feed it information immediately.
