Integrate Judge.me with Spur

Updated yesterday

Collect product reviews directly inside WhatsApp and push them straight to Judge.me; no CSV exports, no manual imports, no extra steps.

Prerequisites

Before you set up this integration, make sure you have:

  • An active Judge.me account.

  • An active Spur account with a connected WhatsApp number
    Setup Guide

Step 1: Connect Judge.me to Spur

  1. In your Spur dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations.

  2. Find Judge.me and click Connect/Manage.

Step 2: Enable (and configure) the Flow - Review Collection with Judge.me

Spur comes with a default Review Collection with Judge.me automation flow. Here's how to configure it:

  1. Go to the Automation tab in Spur.

  2. Find the Review Collection with Judge.me flow and click Edit.

  3. The default trigger is Order Delivered. After delivery, there's a delay block (default: 3 days) to give the customer time to try the product. Adjust this based on your product type — shorter for consumables, longer for electronics or furniture.

  4. The flow then sends a WhatsApp message asking the customer to rate their purchase with quick-reply star buttons.

Things to Note

Reviews are pushed in real-time. As soon as the customer completes the flow and the review is captured, it's sent to Judge.me.

No exit conditions on the flow. If a customer places two orders, they'll get asked for reviews for both. Each order gets its own review request.

Photos are stored on Spur. When a customer uploads a photo in WhatsApp, it's stored on Spur's servers for 7 days. The photo URL is included when the review is pushed to Judge.me (where it is then stored on Judge.me)

Product ID is optional but recommended. If you include the product ID (pulled from the order data), the review gets linked to that specific product in Judge.me. Without it, the review goes to your store's general reviews.

The delay is customizable. Default is 1 day after delivery. For perishables or fast fashion, keep it short. For furniture or electronics, extend to 5–7 days so the customer has actually used the product.

Upgrading from CSV Export

If you've been using Spur's older review collection flow (the one that required exporting to CSV and importing into Judge.me manually), this integration replaces that workflow entirely.

Same WhatsApp review collection flow. Same customer experience. But now the reviews go directly to Judge.me without you lifting a finger.

You can keep your existing flow — just add the Judge.me push action in that flow.

Or, create and use the default Judge.me flow in Spur.

FAQs

Can customers include photos in their review? Yes. The flow asks if they'd like to share a photo. If they upload one in WhatsApp, it gets included when the review is pushed to Judge.me.

What if a customer sends an incomplete review? Both rating and review body are required. The flow waits for both before pushing to Judge.me. If the customer only sends a rating and doesn't respond to the review body prompt, the review won't be pushed.

Can I choose which reviews get pushed to Judge.me? Yes — that's what the smart routing does. By default, only 4 and 5-star reviews are pushed. Reviews rated 3 or below open a support ticket instead. You can customize this logic in the flow editor.

Does this work for store-level reviews too? Yes. If no Product ID is included in the push, Judge.me treats it as a store-level review rather than a product-specific one.

Do I still need to export CSV files? No. The direct integration replaces the CSV workflow entirely. Reviews are pushed automatically in real-time.
