By integrating Nector with Spur, you can send messages on various events such as reward point update, customer birthdays and anniversaries, etc to engage with them and encourage them to make repeat purchases.

There are two approaches to do this:

In this approach, you simply create a message template on Spur, and then Nector can send messages using the Spur API.

After integration and template creation, there is no setup or configuration required on Spur - everything is managed on the Nector interface, from trigger to variables.

All variable assignments happen on Nector's end with this approach. At the time of writing, Nector simply assigns variables in the order they are selected on their dashboard.

So if your message has three variables, make sure to select the three variables in the order you want to send them in the message on Nector's interface.

With the help of webhooks, Nector can send details of various events to Spur, and then a Spur automation can handle the rest.
