How to Use It
In your inbox, look for the sort dropdown near the top. Pick:
Newest First: Fresh chats at the top (default)
Oldest First: Old tickets bubble up so you can clear em out
What to Expect
When you pick Oldest First:
Old unresolved chats show at the top
Perfect for clearing backlog
New incoming chats still appear (they wont get buried at the bottom)

Your sort preference sticks around until you change it
Works across all channels in your unified inbox
All team members can set their own sort preference
Pro Tip
Start your day with Oldest First to clear pending stuff, then flip to Newest First when you need to be responsive to incoming chats.
